The House

Our cottage's front-facing lounge and dining area features expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, offering breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the sea. Step through the two sliding doors onto the spacious terrace, where you'll find a comfortable seating area for six. From here, enjoy the stunning vistas over Miramar’s lush front garden, the beach, and the endless horizon beyond.

Experience relaxation on our panoramic, covered terrace, offering uninterrupted views of the beach and sea—an ideal spot for dolphin watching. This serene space is furnished with a cozy outdoor sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table. Additionally, an electric barbecue is available for your culinary delights.

The spacious, modern kitchen is designed to accommodate gatherings, with a large table that comfortably seats 10, making it perfect for friends and family. Ample storage is provided by numerous cupboards and drawers. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a NEFF Hide & Slide oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and microwave.

The utility/boot room is the perfect place to leave your muddy walking boots after a hike along the Welsh coast path. It also features a washing machine, tumble dryer, and extra pantry cupboard storage space.

From the kitchen, step out to a gated garden patio, ideally positioned to catch the morning sunshine—an inviting spot for enjoying your morning cup of coffee. This area also features an outdoor shower tap to rinse off sandy feet, and a parking space for one car, ensuring the front of the house retains its unobstructed sea views.

The downstairs twin bedroom is situated at the rear of the house, offering views of the back patio and garden. It features two standard-size twin beds, a bedside table, and a built-in wardrobe.

The downstairs bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a heated towel rail for your comfort.

The primary bedroom, located upstairs at the front of the house, offers superior views of the beach and sea. It features a king-size bed, two chests of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe. Drift off to sleep listening to the soothing sounds of the waves, ensuring a relaxing and tranquil stay.

At the rear of the house, overlooking the garden, you'll find a cozy double bedroom. This serene space includes a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe.

The upstairs bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a heated towel rail for added comfort.
